Prof. Ben Wang, Hangzhou Normal University, China

Ben Wang is a professor at the School of Information Science and Technology, Hangzhou Normal University, a professor-level senior engineer, and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Essex, UK. He is a nationally-appointed expert, a candidate for the "Qianjiang Talent Program" and "Nan Taihu Elite Program" of Zhejiang Province, and an expert in the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Expert Database. He was a senior manager of the Internet of Things R&D department of the British state-owned Super Intelligence Company (affiliated to the Vodafone Group, one of the top 100 in Europe), and a Sun-certified SCBCD software system architect. He was mainly involved in the construction of the Internet of Things system for the London Underground project and the semantic mining and model automatic generation system for the Citibank business knowledge base. After returning to China, he presided over a number of national and provincial key projects: a waste material intelligent recycling service platform, a drug tracking and tracing management platform based on the Internet of Things, a power equipment inspection system based on the Internet of Things technology, research and application of intelligent control and Internet of Things systems for motor manufacturing processes, an Internet of Things mobile application platform, and intelligent cross-border trade logistics data analysis and decision support systems. He presided over the construction of the "Mechatronics Industrial Information Service Platform", the industrialization pilot of the "Green Power Smart City" project, and the data modeling and project implementation of smart cities. The research areas include industrial Internet, smart cities, Internet of Things technology, research and development and application in the field of environmental resources (smart meteorology, smart water services, environmental big data monitoring and prediction), and the construction and optimization of ultra-large-scale cloud computing architecture.

王奔教授，杭州师范大学信息科学与技术学院教授，教授级高级工程师，英国埃塞克斯大学计算机科学博士。国家级特聘专家，浙江省“钱江人才计划”和“南太湖精英计划”入选者，浙江省科技专家库专家。曾任英国国有超智公司（隶属于欧洲百强的沃达丰集团）的物联网研发部门高级经理，Sun认证SCBCD软件系统构架师，重点参与了伦敦地铁项目的物联网系统建设和花旗银行业务知识库语义挖掘及模型自动生成系统。回国后主持了多项国家级和省级重点项目：废旧物资智能回收服务平台、基于物联网的药品跟踪追溯管理平台、基于物联网技术的电力设备点检系统、面向电机制造过程的智能控制与物联网系统研究及应用、物联网移动应用平台、智能跨境贸易物流数据分析与决策支持系统等。主持攻关“机电一体化工业信息化服务平台”的建设，“绿色电力智慧城市”项目的产业化试点、智慧城市的数据建模和项目实施。研究领域为工业互联网、智慧城市、物联网技术、环境资源领域的研发及应用（智慧气象、智能水务、环境大数据监测与预测），超大规模云计算构架的建设与优化。
