Huilin Zhou, male, Senior Engineer, born in 1966, is currently serving as the Technical Director at Shanghai Daosheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. He has nearly 30 years of experience in top-level design and management in the interdisciplinary field of complex medical electronic devices. His work focuses on highly coordinated research and development that is industrializable and can be registered for approval. The products he has worked on include a full range of medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, monitors, medical imaging, electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), biochemical testing, physiotherapy, and traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics.He has drafted numerous international and national standards for medical devices and is the Chief Engineer of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Equipment for Manned Space Missions. He holds positions in seven domestic and international committees, including the SAC/TC10 National Medical Electrical Standardization Technical Committee. Zhou holds 8 international invention patents and 15 Chinese invention patents. He has a strong capacity for innovation, a broad knowledge base, keen insight, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to navigate on the international stage. 周会林，男，正高级工程师，出生于1966年，现供职于上海道生医疗科技有限公司任技术总监，在复杂的医用电子设备这样一个多学科交叉的领域中，从事顶层设计、管理工作近30年，从事可产业化、可注册报批的高度统筹研发，产品涉及：起搏、除颤、监护、医学影像、心脑电、肌电、生化检测、理疗、中医诊断等全系列产品，起草了多项医疗器械国际标准和国家标准。是载人航天中医诊断设备技术总师，在SAC/TC10 全国医用电气标准化技术委员会等7个国内外委员会中担任职务，拥有8项国际发明专利，15项中国发明专利。具有积极的创新能力、广泛的知识面和敏锐的洞察力、优秀的组织协调能力、国际舞台的斡旋能力。致力于用现代科技打造高技术医疗产品，能面对各种压力应对各种挑战。
