Haiquan Zhao, Ph.D. in Engineering, Professor, Ph.D. Advisor, Senior Member of IEEE and the China Institute of Electronics. He is a highly cited researcher by Elsevier, one of the world's top 2% scientists for several consecutive years, an academic and technical leader in Sichuan Province, an outstanding expert with significant contributions in Sichuan Province, a recipient of the Sichuan Outstanding Youth Fund, a specially appointed expert under the Sichuan Association for Science and Technology’s “Hai Zhi” Project, a core member of the Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Innovation Team, and the first batch of innovation studio leaders at Southwest Jiaotong University. He has received five provincial and ministerial awards, including the CAA Natural Science First Prize from the Chinese Association of Automation and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Education. Additionally, he has received the Tang Lixin Outstanding Scholar Award and holds several key positions, such as the Executive Director of the Youth Science and Technology Association in Sichuan Province and the Chengdu Western Returned Scholars Association.He serves on the editorial boards of several international SCI journals, including IEEE TSMCA, IEEE Sensors Journal, Signal Processing, IEEE SPL, IEEE OJSP, and Signal Processing. Zhao has led five projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one Sichuan Youth Science and Technology Foundation project, various key applied basic projects, academic leader funds in Sichuan Province, and several central university basic research and innovation projects. He has also been the primary researcher in more than ten national or provincial and ministerial projects, including key projects and key research and development projects.As the first author or corresponding author, he has published academic papers in domestic and international journals and conferences, such as IEEE TSMCA, IEEE TSP, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TIE, IEEE TCOM, IEEE/ACM TASLP, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE TSMC-Part B, Signal Processing, Automatica, Neural Networks, ISA Transactions, MSSP, Science China, Acta Physica Sinica, and ICASSP, accumulating over 90 IEEE Transactions papers. Among these, six papers are highly cited in the top 1% of ESI, and one is a hot paper. He has applied for and been granted 70 patents, of which 56 are authorized (24 transferred). He has received 11 academic awards, including the "Excellent Student Paper Award" (published in IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics-Part B).Main Research Directions: Pattern recognition and artificial intelligence (graph neural networks, multimodal fusion algorithms, distributed multi-task computing), Kalman filtering and adaptive signal processing (active noise control), and their applications in target tracking (integrated navigation, UAV trajectory estimation), power systems (harmonic detection, frequency and state estimation, transient analysis), and battery energy management (SOC estimation).

赵海全,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,IEEE和中国电子学会高级会员,爱思唯尔高被引学者、全球前2%顶尖科学家(连续多年)、四川省学术和技术带头人,四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家,四川省杰出青年基金获得者、四川省科协海智计划特聘专家、四川省青年科技创新团队核心成员及首批西南交通大学创新工作室负责人获中国自动化学会CAA自然科学一等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖等省部级奖励5项,唐立新优秀学者奖、省科青联常务理事、川青联委员、成都市知联会常务理事。担任IEEE TSMCA、IEEE Sensors Journal、Signal Processing、IEEE SPL、IEEE OJSP等国际SCI期刊与《信号处理》的编委。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目5项,主持四川省青年科技基金、省应用基础重点项目以及省学术带头人基金、中央高校基本科研科技创新项目各1项;主研国家级(重点项目、重点研发)或省部级项目10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者已在IEEE TSMCA、IEEE TSP、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TIE、IEEE TCOM、IEEE/ACM TASLP、 IEEE Trans. Cybernetics、IEEE TSMC-Part B、Signal Processing、Automatica、Neural Networks、ISA Transaction、MSSP、《中国科学》、《物理学报》、ICASSP等国内外学术期刊与学术会议发表学术论文,其中90+篇IEEE Transactions,6篇(1%)ESI高被引,1篇热点论文,申请及授权专利70项,其中授权56项(其中转让24项)。获“Excellent Student Paper Award”奖(发表在IEEE Transactions on System, Man and Cybernetics-Part B上的Regular论文)等学术奖励11项。指导留学生甘布荣获2017年第二届动力与可再生能源国际会议最佳报告奖,2019年获2019IFAC最佳论文奖,指导的博士生、硕士生20余人次获得国家奖学金及11项国际学术奖励(包括最佳论文等),7人次获校级优秀硕士、博士论文奖,2名博士生获得第六届轨道交通行业拔尖创新人才项目,2名博士生获得校博士创新基金项目。8名博士研究生获公派联合培养资助。主要研究方向:模式识别与人工智能(图神经网络、多模态融合算法、分布式多任务计算等)、Kalman滤波与自适应信号处理(主动噪声控制等)及其在目标跟踪(组合导航、无人机轨迹估计)、电力系统(谐波检测、频率与状态估计、暂态分析)、电池能量管理(SOC等估计)等应用。
